Shipping Cost – freight and handing costs are calculated automatically at the time of purchase based on your delivery postcode.
Shipping Method – Australia Post is our main carrier.
Where we Ship – we ship throughout Australia.
How long? – estimated delivery time is within 10 business days. Orders will be processed as soon as possible with delivery dependent upon your location.
Returns
Returns are generally not accepted due to the highly regulated nature of our products.
Our returns policy is as follows:
- All sales of goods are deemed non-returnable. The Supplier (FRS) may however at its discretion accept the return of goods under the following conditions:
- the goods are returned in good condition and within three (3) weeks of purchase; and
- re-stocking fee of 30% may apply
- The Supplier (FRS) reserves the right to apply a charge for crates, pallets or other “non-standard” returnable packing. This charge will be fully refunded upon on return in good condition of pallets, crates or other returnable packing.
