BOSS Bulkhead Fire Rated Batts offer a cost-effective and simple solution for sealing wall and floor penetrations against fire and smoke. Suitable for walls and floors, this product is a lightweight mineral fibre board that can be easily cut to size on-site for simple friction fit applications.
With a 1mm nominal ablative coating, these Batts offer fire resistance up to 4 hours and insulation up to 120 mins.
BOSS Bulkhead Batts also offer excellent acoustic properties, with max sound reduction indexes over 56dB.
Approved to AS1530.4:2005 and EN1366-3.
