FIRE RATING HOSPITALS 7 2

The new Royal Adelaide Hospital (nRAH) will be Australia’s most advanced hospital and the single largest infrastructure project in the State’s history. The new facility will provide world-class care for the people of South Australia. Our team has been working onsite since March 2015 and will see out the completion of the hospital.

The new VCCC Hospital in Melbourne is delivering a new $1 billion facility purpose-built for cancer research, treatment, education and care in the Melbourne suburb of Parkville, Victoria. Our Team has been onsite full time since November 2013, we begun on the initial stages of the project, and Fire Rating Solutions will be working from the early stages right through to project completion and hand over. When completed the VCCC will be the largest specialist cancer hospital in Australia.

Fire evacuation events are considerably more complex for buildings in the healthcare industry, due to the state of the occupants which means that the need to control fire becomes paramount.

FRS use a range of Compliant tested materials and install to the Australian Standard AS1530.4 to ensure the highest quality of works in all our jobs no matter how big or small.
