FRS recently completed the installation of a Electrical and Mechanical Services Enclosure within a new large-scale Melbourne CBD Building.
Utilising the latest digital reporting methods, our team provided our client, Probuild, with an electronic and photographic record of all works together with marked-up plans so that the client could view our work in real time.
The FRS team installed Promatect L500 Electrical & Mechanical Service enclosures in this 39 level, 65,000sqm commercial tower. During these works, we also worked alongside our colleagues, AE Smith mechanical contractors and Downer who were looking after the electrical works.
This is just an example of FRS’wide range of passive fire protection works, including Electrical and Mechanical Service Enclosures.
