Fire Rating Solutions was proud to work with Grocon on another ground breaking development; the Northumberland in Collingwood.
We applied fire protection to a huge number of structural columns and beams throughout the multi-level project, using Promat Cafco 300 fire spray. Our specialist team achieved excellent time efficiencies and quality application during this massive project, as well as keeping it neat.
This is a significant development comprising a 12-storey commercial office building and a six-storey companion building with cafe and retail spaces. Bounded by Northumberland, Wellington and Glasgow Streets, the design incorporates the existing telephone exchange building and has a particular focus on environmental and social sustainability.
